Popping open the champagne truffles
Is there a better excuse to indulge in Teuscher champagne truffles then the holidays? Um… nope. Get ready for an especially delicious 2009!

Teuscher are absolutely the best! When I'm in NYC, I make sure to go by the Rockefeller Center location. This past summer, when I was in Chicago, I was delighted to find one in Water Tower Place. The small ones are just right for one bite, so smooth.. What a great memory on New Years Day!
