Meanwhile, back in Paris

They’re serving up tarte tatin—at Le Bistro Gourmand (next door to Merce and the Muse), heavenly deep-dish tarte tatin.

    I used to LOVE tart tatin...
    Then the sugar comas arrived...
    Still it is the most luscious looking dessert on the planet.
