Happy New Food de la Grande Epicerie

If I could snap my fingers and have two store-bought American treats appear before me, they would be Entenmann’s glazed pop’ems and Twizzlers. (So gross, right??)

But not far behind on the list of so-bad-they’re-good are these imports, newly available at Le Bon Marché:

I mean, a strawberry milkshake-flavored Pop-Tart?! How awesomely American is that?

Pop tarts are one of those things I never ever eat in the US and could never have when I was little but always beg my maman to send me...I mean seriously, who can resist s'mores pop tarts?? And as for twizzlers...I would have to agree and put them alongside York peppermint patties (my dad and I are apparently the only people in my family to like them).

Digital memory is something that I seem to be unable to ever have enough of. It feels like megabytes and gigabytes have become an inseparable part of my day to day existence. Ever since I bought a Micro SD Card for my Nintendo DS flash card, I've been constantly vigilant for large memory at cheap prices. It's driving me crazy.

funny the foods you mention that you miss! those in the US feel you are soo lucky to be in Paris and don't really think of what items we would miss. Dylans is great stuff. Did you know she is selling on QVC? She should sell lots of candy, I would think.
