it does kind of recall Mr Herme in looks. (but not too much in my opinion - i think it's got the clean, modern look of his desserts, but still with something that looks just enough 'made by hand' like the way those little white disks are smooshed around the cake and the topping on the other one with lemons. They're nice, but not TOO perfect like you might find at Herme.
