Fauchon, Michel Cluizel, Dolfin, Vere, Galler, Chuao, Chocolove, Scharffen Berger, Cote d'Or, El Rey, Valrhona, Michael Recchiuti, Dagoba, Amedei… chocolate heaven, for sure.

Let me guess, you were looking for the horse milk and mushroom chocolate because of an article you read on Gourmet.com? (I work there.) Don't worry, you're not missing anything by not trying the bacon and mushroom bar. The blue cheese truffle from Lillie Belle is awesome though. It doesn't taste like blue cheese, just cream cheese and salted caramel. Also, if you can find it, I highly recommend Pralus's 100% chocolate. Yes. You'd think it's bitter, but it's so smooth. I've also eyed Venchi's fancy chocolate-hazelnut spread but haven't tried it yet.
When I see shops like this that have such an abundance of superfine chocolate, I immediately panic thinking that not enough people will show up to buy it all before it goes bad. Hopefully your post will get the word out and people will head over to that weird neighborhood immediately and empty their wallets.
P.S. Bacon in a chocolate bar? Blech.
"Su Good Sweets", so glad you read the article on Gourmet.com - I actually wrote it! :) I got the Vosges bar down at their Soho boutique, but, alas, haven't found Zotter here in New York. Fog City News in San Francisco carries them, but I'm still trying to track them down here. Good description on the Lillie Belle truffles - a nice, creamy flavor. But it's mind of matter - my friends wouldn't have seconds after I told them they were made with blue cheese.
And good call on the Pralus... I'm actually posting on their hazlenut spread this week.
